The Back 40 is our new 14 person suite that consists of five bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 super size jacuzzi tub, 25 x 30 fully equipted kitchen/gathering room, the gathering room has two large 42" LCD TVs and a 32" LCD TV that are not only cable extra ready but computer ready. The kitchen has 32 feet of bar style counter that sits 14 people. The kitchen audio is fully ipod, mp3, and xm ready with the music being piped through over 10 Boston acoustic speakers.
The suite is ideal for family gatherings, sporting events, business meetings, weddings, and much more.
This 3200 SF suite was our family home at one time and our family is grown to the point where the home is too big. The suite is connected to the motel and has an environment similar to The Barn but bigger and more modern.
We customize rates to meet the needs of the event and the quantity of people.

Tha Barn Basics
The Barn is made up of four bedrooms. The four bedrooms are connected by two full bathrroms. The bedrooms are laid out with a double bed and twin bed in two of the rooms and the other two rooms have one double bed in each. There also is a rollaway and queen sleeper sofa.
All bedrooms have new LCD TVs with cable plus and the living rooms has a 42" LCD TV with a dvd player and cable plus.
There is a full living room with an 8 person bar, full kitchen with all cooking ware and utensils, gas grill and picnic table, and a 1/2 bathroom off the living room.
The barn is a full living environment and is great for contractors, family gatherings, wedding parties, and sporting teams.
