Each room comes with unlimited free cable TV.  All local telephone calls are free. Also included with room rental is wireless internet access.  In the morning from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Northern Family Motel offers a free extended continental breakfast to all of our guests. Room one also includes a microwave and refrigerator.

Our state-of-the-art air conditioning and heating system will help regulate your room to suit your comfort.  




Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations required 48 hours prior to reservation, no later than by closing 2 days before on the day prior to reservation date.  No exceptions, please.
